User Experience Design
Introduced and executed in-person and remote usability tests in the US and Czech Republic to support website redesign. Eliminated costs of testing by using free solutions such as Zoom for remote testing and Trello for card sorting.
Editing and Copywriting
Managed and edited 1000+ pages of web copy and coordinated migration to new web platform. Wrote regular articles for The Leading Edge magazine, covered events at SEG Annual Meetings.
